ROSS HALESA graduate of Simon Fraser University with a BA in Communications, Ross is also a PADI IDC Staff Instructor with over 10 specialty instructor ratings. He is an active diver, swimmer, runner, cyclist, very slow triathlete and beginner paddler. Having worked over 12 years in specialty retail, plus another dozen years as a manufacturer’s rep, Ross brings a depth (pun intended) of knowledge and understanding to the relationship between the buyer and seller that few reps have the luxury of enjoying. Having also spent 10 years in the advertising world, Ross executed brand positioning and advertising campaigns for clients from many sectors – see Hangar 18. Ross currently serves on the board of the BCSRA (British Columbia Sporting Representatives Association).

PAM McNICOLA practicing lawyer, Pam embodies the active lifestyle. A lifetime swimmer, cycling commuter, beginner triathlete and fitness fiend, Pam possesses the skills Ross lacks. For example, she has a calm demeanor, gives clear, thoughtful consideration to issues and finally, has the ability to talk Ross back from the ledge… She is the perfect match for the nutter known as Ross Hales – Raw Sales. Pam’s core focus is on Aqua Sphere and she has overseen the introduction of swimwear into the Canadian market and helped lead the incredible charge into triathlon.
